How do I track my order?

I live in Dunedin. Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes! Although I currently don't have a physical store, I offer order pick-ups from my Studio in Mosgiel, Dunedin. Just choose the "Pick up pots from the Studio" at checkout and after the order is processed I will email you some pick-up instructions including my address.

Studio pick-ups are on Saturdays from 2 pm until 4 pm. If this is not suitable, please message me and I'll try my best to arrange a special time for you to pick your order.

Do you take commissions?

I do, but it depends on what you are after and what your timeframe is. I decide what commissions I take on a case-by-case basis, you can read more information on the Commissions page.

Are the pots dishwasher safe?
Are the glazes food safe?
How is the volume of pots measured?

Yes! All the pieces are dishwasher safe, I wash mine at home in the dishwasher and they have remained unchanged after tenths (hundreds?) of wash cycles.

However, if you are worried about the longevity of your pieces, hand washing is recommended. You never know if something will fall on your pot inside the dishwasher and ruin it.

Yes, they are!

Unless I specifically say otherwise about a particular glaze, all of the pieces in the store are glazed with food-safe glazes.

I measure the volume of pots (mugs, tumblers, and bottles) by filling them with water all the way up to the rim. I understand that you would not fill your mug that much in reality, but this is the most universal way of measure I can think of, as people will use their pots in different ways.

You can measure your favourite mugs at home the same way to get an idea of how big the ones in my store are.
