If the items you purchased were damaged during shipping, or if you are otherwise dissatisfied with the pieces, I will take them back as long as you have contacted me within 5 days of receiving your items.​

In exchange, I offer either a replacement item (a piece of the same type and size, just not exactly the same as is always the case with handmade goods) or a full refund (to be paid out once I receive the items back).

Please contact me to arrange a return. You may have to pay for the shipping cost to send the items back to me, but I will either do free shipping on the replacement item or refund your expenses if you chose the refund option (I will need a photo of the receipt).
